To improve efficiency in project management, Banja La Mtsogolo organised a project management training for its Senior Leadership Team and Managers in Mponela, Dowa district from 26- 30 August 2024.
The training covered various aspects of Project Management in the development and humanitarian sectors. It outlined the project D Pro phase model which includes identification and definition, set up, planning, implementation and closure phases. It was facilitated by Consultants from Sabi Training and Consulting.
Programmes and Operations Director for Banja La Mtsogolo, Claire Graham led the organisation of the training.
Khumbo Zonda, M and E Lead for Banja La Mtsogolo thanked the BLM leadership for the opportunity.
“This is a timely intervention. It is particularly key for me as M and E Lead. I have learnt several skills that will improve my work” said Khumbo.
